Class Rules

Arrival Time: We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to complete the first-time check-in process.

Eco-Friendly Practices: To support sustainability, please bring your own water bottle, hand towel, and a heat-resistant takeout container (at least 10x15x10cm H) to bring home your creations (Cooking sessions only). If you need to purchase a takeout paper box, please ask our front desk staff.

Photography Policy: As our instructors and assistants are fully focused on teaching and helping the children, we do not provide photography services. Parents are more than welcome to take photos of their children and check in on Facebook, provided it does not disrupt the class.

Parking Information: If you are driving, you may park in the Kidchen Club underground parking lot (available on a first-come, first-served basis) or at the paid surface parking lots located diagonally opposite or within 20 meters to the left and right of the venue. To reserve a parking space, please message us with your license plate number no later than 5:00 PM the day before your class.

Workshops：Cancel 2 days prior → reschedule allowed Cancel 1 day prior → no refundReschedule 1 day prior → NT$300 material fee

Seasonal Parties / Private Classes：7 days prior → full refund or reschedule
4–6 days → 50% refund or 50% reschedule fee
Within 4 days → no refund (transfer allowed) -
Birthday Parties：Deposit non-refundable within 1 month
Illness/COVID with proof → reschedule (NT$2,500 fee) -
Camps：7 days prior → full refund
4–6 days → NT$500 half-day material fee
Within 4 days → no refund (transfer allowed)
