From consultation to class launch, we create a customized STEAM bilingual learning experience.
Step 1 | Initial Consultation
📞 Contact and Needs Assessment
Schools may contact us by phone, through our website, or by email. A dedicated representative will provide an initial introduction and conduct a needs assessment to understand the school’s expectations regarding course type, age group, and collaboration model.
🔍 Course Introduction and Proposal
Based on the school’s needs, we provide Kidchen Club’s course options, sample teaching materials, and past implementation experience, along with a proposed partnership plan and flexible options (such as semester-based programs, themed activity days, camps, after-school classes, etc.).
Step 2 | Course Planning (Customized for Each School)
📘 Lesson Plan Selection and Schedule Planning
We work with the academic director or school contact person to discuss the course schedule (number of weeks / sessions), content themes, and learning goals, then tailor the lesson plans and teaching process according to the students’ age and school system.
🤝 Signing a Letter of Intent or Contract
Once the course structure and teaching arrangements are confirmed, both parties sign a letter of intent or contract to protect mutual rights and ensure teaching quality.
Step 3 | Pre-Class Preparation (Official Launch)
🧑🏫 Teacher Assignment and Classroom Coordination
Kidchen Club assigns professionally trained bilingual instructors and works with the school to confirm the teaching space, safety measures, and required teaching tools.
📦 Teaching Materials Delivery or Supply List
According to course requirements, we provide a complete teaching materials package, including student worksheets, teacher instructions, and experiment or cooking materials. If the school is preparing materials on its own, we will provide a complete list and recommended purchasing channels.
Step 4 | Official Teaching (In Progress)
🎓 Class Delivery and Ongoing Feedback
During the teaching period, we maintain regular communication with the school regarding student feedback and possible teaching adjustments. We may also provide photos or classroom highlights to support parent communication.
📈 Presentation of Learning Outcomes
At the end of the course, we can provide learning outcome presentations, themed reports, exhibitions of student work, or certificates of completion to strengthen parent recognition and students’ sense of achievement.
Step 5 | Continued Partnership and Extended Development
🔁 End-of-Term Feedback and Review Meeting
After the course ends, we conduct a teaching review and effectiveness evaluation, and discuss directions and improvements for future collaboration.
🌱 Extended Service Recommendations
If the school would like to further introduce bilingual teaching materials, teacher training, themed activity days, winter or summer camps, or other extended collaboration projects, we will provide integrated resources and customized planning.
