Class Rules

Arrival Time: We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to complete the first-time check-in process.

Eco-Friendly Practices: To support sustainability, please bring your own water bottle, hand towel, and a heat-resistant takeout container (at least 10x15x10cm H) to bring home your creations (Cooking sessions only). If you need to purchase a takeout paper box, please ask our front desk staff.

Photography Policy: As our instructors and assistants are fully focused on teaching and helping the children, we do not provide photography services. Parents are more than welcome to take photos of their children and check in on Facebook, provided it does not disrupt the class.

Parking Information: If you are driving, you may park in the Kidchen Club underground parking lot (available on a first-come, first-served basis) or at the paid surface parking lots located diagonally opposite or within 20 meters to the left and right of the venue. To reserve a parking space, please message us with your license plate number no later than 5:00 PM the day before your class.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
To protect your rights and maintain class quality, please read the following rules carefully before booking a class.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

Camps
✅ Cancellation 7 days or more before the camp → Full refund (less NT$15 bank transfer fee)
⚠️ Rescheduling 4–6 days before the camp → NT$500 material fee per half-day will be charged.
❌ Cancellation within 4 days → No refund. Registration may be transferred to another participant.
🤒 Medical leave (with a doctor's certificate) → Refund or make-up arrangement according to our policy.

Creative Workshops
✅ Cancellation or rescheduling at least 2 days in advance → Rescheduling is available. (Trial classes may be rescheduled once only.)
⚠️ Rescheduling one day before the class (regardless of the reason) → NT$300 material fee will be charged.
❌ Cancellation one day before the class → No refund. Registration may be transferred to another participant.

Seasonal Parties / Private Group Bookings
✅ Cancellation 7 days or more in advance → Full refund (less NT$15 bank transfer fee) or rescheduling.
⚠️ Cancellation or rescheduling 4–6 days before the event → 50% refund, or rescheduling with an additional 50% fee.
❌ Cancellation within 4 days → No refund. Booking may be transferred.
🤒 Medical leave (with a doctor's certificate) → Handled according to our policy.

Birthday Parties
✅ Cancellation at least 1 month in advance → Full deposit refund (less NT$15 bank transfer fee).
✅ Rescheduling at least 3 weeks in advance → No additional charge.
❌ Cancellation within 1 month of the event → Deposit is non-refundable.
🤒 Medical leave (with a doctor's certificate) → One-time postponement is available. A NT$2,500 material & staffing fee plus the NT$15 bank transfer fee will apply. Any optional add-on services will follow the cancellation policy of the respective vendor.
